These are the types of sites we have been doing since our inception. We hand code a site (from the ground up) using Adobe Dreamweaver. The design is based upon the Clients likes and wants and is tweaked until they are satisfied. We Code in a Content Management System for the Client to Update their content and can also code in a variety of customizable features or modules to upgrade their site from basic functionality to something more elaborate. Once the site is done, it is stored on the client's server and is 100% theirs.

These are also ""Full Ownership"" Sites. You have full access to every file on the site as you literally ""own"" everything. While we are happy to work with you again in the future, once the project is done, there are no ties/commitments with us. Of course, we are still around for ongoing support and you will have access to our User Guides, but you are responsible for the managing/content/etc. of the site going forward.

• Coded from scratch so code is clean (not bloated)
• Can be used with any hosting provider
• ""Once and Done"" payment. Only additional costs client would incur would be for hosting and domain from a provider of their choice.
