Our Process at Savio Designs:
Personal Consultation
Once you decide to work with us, we schedule a personal consultation (call or in person) in order to understand what you want your site to look like, how you want it to function. We will then compile a detailed proposal for you. Only after you accept the proposal and sign the contract is an intital payment due.
Project Breakdown and Wireframes
We will take the information from your consultation to create a detailed project breakdowns with Wireframes of different elements of the porject to ensure that we have the details right to create your vision! From there, we will give you a custom quote.
Client Portal
Your Project will be tracked via our Client Portal, so you will always know what's going on! Not only will you see the tasks and phases of your porject broken down, but you can see and pay your invoices, and once your project is complete you will be able to refer to User Guides in the Portal in order to update your site/etc!
Ongoing Support
You are never left hanging! We have ongoing support long after your project is over! We also have a ton of User Guides and Support Videos integrated in our Client Portal!
