Unmanaged Full Ownership Sites by Savio Designs

Want total control over your website once it is live? This is the option for you! We hand-code your site from the ground up in Adobe Dreamweaver. We work with you on the design to make sure you love it! We then code a Content Management System (CMS) that will allow you to update your site going forward. Any special features that you want the site to do are also coded in!

Once the project is done we put everything on your server/hosting account. You are then responsible for updated the site going forward. Of course, if you need help, you are also welcome to reach out to us! For those who dabble in web code, you will have full access to all of your site's code on your server that you can play with (at your own risk!).

How much does this cost?

Each Unmanaged site is quoted after a consultation so we can understand what features you are looking for and needing. The base price for an Unmanaged Site (up to 10 basic pages, one of which would be a Contact Form)* is $849.90. It is broken into three payments: Deposit, 2nd Payment after final design approval, Final Payment once project is deemed complete.

*A Basic page is a page that has an html editor for you to add your content (text/pictures/etc.) it has no other special functionality. For more information, please see this article: What is a "Basic" Page?
