A web site is always a fun thing to think about, but if you are new to the web world, there are a lot of things you should know. Let's start with the basics. There are four main things you will need to have in place in order to get your web site off the ground: Domain, Hosting, SSL Certificate, & Design. It might be easier to think of these like a car, a garage, the lock, and an address. Your car (website/design), is parked or stored in a garage (hosting), the garage is locked and protected (SSL Certificate), and people can find it by going to the address of the garage (domain). For a few years Savio Designs offered paid hosting plans and domain sales. Sadly the upkeep costs and hassle were not worth this venture and we discontinued offering this in March of 2020. For clients that had hosting or purchased domains through us we are still continuing them via legacy plans, but we are not offering any "Traditional" hosting or domain sales at this time. We continue to work with all hosting providers and are happy to guide new clients through this process.

With the launch of our new Client Portal and New Website, we moved all are User Guides and Videos to the Client Portal (https://my.saviodesigns.com). Our new Client Portal allows us to show you the guides/videos that are unique to the services you have from us. If there are any, you will see them listed in the "User Guides & Videos" tab in your Client Portal Menu.

Savio Designs Client, Actor/Entertainer Robert Hanley recently wrote a book called "Do You See What I See? Discovering the Obvious". In just the short amount of time that he has published this book, he is now going into his third printing! He has been featured both on radio and TV regarding the book and we highly recommend picking up a copy for yourself! It is available directly from his website (which we recently redesigned).

For 2021 we are trying to get a little better routine with our "working hours". Part of this is to prioritize tasks, the other part is to also allow for some much needed downtime. While times/days might change, this is our "official" working schedule:

Site Saver was our Backup and Restore Service that was available for a one time purchase. It was launched in 2012 and served several clients. Sadly with all the new global privacy laws and regulations (we had clients from all over the world using Site Saver) it was determined that we would not be able to feasibly meet the security needs of these new regulations at a cost that was sustainable to the service.
